How long will it take to complete our reserve study?
The standard industry turnaround time is between 8 and 12 weeks. However, we find it is in the best interest of our customers to ask when they need the report completed. Therefore, every reserve study has a different completion time based on the needs of our customers not what is easiest for us. Having said that our typical is turnaround time is between 4-6 weeks after we receive all necessary information. This practice provides an additional advantage to our customers; they don’t pay a premium for a quicker turnaround time – rather it’s just good customer service.

Short answer yes. We understand that every association has a different culture, economic ability, maintenance practices and desires. Therefore, we work with you to develop a reserve study that is specifically created for your association.
